BIRD GROUP- As one of the largest diversified groups in the travel and information technology arena, The Bird Group, a conglomerate of independent companies, is committed to the cause of automation of the travel industry. It seeks to provide solutions to upcoming challenges in the competitive business environment of today.
The Bird group has been supporting Sukarya through the corporate challenge of the Delhi half marathon since 2005. The funds raised as such has helped us run several health initiatives viz. the health centre at Sukarya office, a project to promote men as partner in improving health status of communities in Mewat district, conductinging health check-up in schools run by NGOs, Pahal project in Saraswati Kunj.
2. CHARITIES AID FOUNDATION, INDIA (CAF) - India is a registered public trust set up in 1998 with a vision of a world in which giving in a committed and effective way is recognized as part of everyday life. Through a host of services, CAF India has raised substantial resources from the corporate sector and individual donors. Apart from the individual donors various reputed corporate giants such as adobe incentive destinations, British airways, GlaxoSmithKline, Alpha tech and ITCL are associated with CAF INDIA.
CAF India has supported the project Better health through community based health centre in Bandhwari village, Gurgaon and Saathi Project - Women Empowerment by Strengthening Self Help Groups and Micro Ennterprise Development in four villages of Waliawas, Bandhwari, Old Gawalpahadi and New Gawalpahadi.e
3. GODFREY PHILIPS INDIA – Godfrey is the second largest player in the Indian cigarette industry. Apart from its corporate activities, Godfrey Philips India has a strong sense of corporate social responsibility. It has undertaken several social initiatives like women empowerment projects, blood donation drives and support program for tobacco farmers.
Godfrey Philips India has been supporting the initiative on women empowerment through SHG and entrepreneurship development Development in four villages of Waliawas, Bandhwari, Old Gawalpahadi and New Gawalpahadi.e

HCL Infosystems Ltd. - HCL Infosystems Ltd is India’s premier hardware, services and ICT systems Integration Company offering a wide spectrum of ICT products that includes Computing, Storage, Networking, Security, Telecom, Imaging and Retail. HCL is a one-stop-shop for all the ICT requirements of an organization.
HCL Infosystems Ltd. has supported Sukarya through corporate challenge in the Airtel Delhi half marathon in 2009. The amount generated was utilized for mobile diagnostic camp and entrepreneurship training of women members of self help group.
5. INCENTIVE DESTINATIONS – Incentive destination is a private company limited with the idea of offering clients with the best possible travel experience in the Indian subcontinent. Incentive destinations is a prominent name in arranging study tours and sports tour. Incentive destinations mainly focus on south eastern countries like India, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Nepal.
Incentive Destinations has been supporting the health centre at Bandhwari village.
6. POPULATION FOUNDATION OF INDIA (PFI) - The population foundation of India was founded in 1970 by a group of industrialists and population activists. Since then, it has been contributing continuously for the betterment of the society. The Foundation acts as a think-tank and is engaged in advocacy efforts towards formulating and influencing population policies and programmes at various levels.
PFI has supported a pilot project on anaemia prevention and control in ten villages of Gurgaon district. It is presently an implementation partner with Sukarya in a project focusing on knowledge based intervention for reproductive health advocacy and action in Mewat district of Haryana.
7. HUGHES SYSTIQUE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED- Hughes Systique Corporation, part of the HUGHES group of companies, is a leading communications Consulting and Software company. It provides consulting, systems architecture, and software engineering services to complement client's in-house capabilities.
Hughes Systique has supported comprehensive health care camps and ‘Pahal’ project catering to the health need of Saraswati Kunj slum in Gurgaon. |
